Kazuri Necklaces

Kerry bought these ready made Kazuri necklaces from ladies in Africa. Fun patterns and colors.

Iris Amulet Bag

Barbara made this Iris bag using peyote stitch. The chain on this bag is so festive & happy!

Ms Carmen Miranda

The doll head was gifted by member Robbie. Victoria then took and beaded the appropriate dress to make a Carmen Miranda doll. Ms Miranda stands on a glitzy stand with her initial.

Maasai Neck Piece

Kerry brought this Maasai tribe neckware for show & tell. Each beaded hoop is jointed with beads so that the piece moves during dance.

Ring around the Rosie

Christine connected several crystal rings using peyote stitch to make this yummy necklace. Seed beads and bugles are used in the necklace.

Yellow "Corn"

This brilliant lariat was made by Carol C. It features a host of flowers, leaves, fruit-like and veggie-like beads. The lariat resembles "corn". A beauty for sure.

Multi-Stitch Bracelet w/Pearls

Linda Kramer made this gorgeous bracelet with Keishi pearls. The RAW/peyote bracelet features a trouser hook for a hidden closure. The original pattern was done by NanC Meinhardt.

See www.nancmeinhardt.com for more of her work.

Beaded Containers

Kristy made these lovely containers based on amulet bag patterns. Stunning. The giraffe holds her glasses when they are not in use.

Sambura tribe neckware

Kerry brought this neck piece to show us. The necklace is full of primary colors and jingles that create noise during dance ceremonies.

Amulet Bag

Barbara made this adorable kitty amulet bag. The Delicas used in this pattern make the bag come alive with color.

Netted Scarf holder

Kathy B. wore this netted scarf holder at the recent get together of the beaders. Isn't it perfect with that scarf?
The pattern is based on a Lana May design featured in Bead and Button.

Kazuri Beads

Kerry just returned from Africa with a bevy of beautiful Kazuri beads. Oh, the possibilities!
